Easy Refund Process
At Premium Royalty Cosmetics, we prioritize product safety, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. Due to the sensitive nature of skincare and cosmetic products, our return policy is strictly guided by health and quality standards.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
The wrong product was delivered.
The product remains unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
To initiate a return, customers must provide:
Clear photos or video evidence of the issue
Order number and purchase details
Failure to report within 48 hours voids eligibility.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used skincare/cosmetic products
Products with broken seals
Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper storage, or mishandling
Discounted, clearance, or promotional items
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, all sales are considered final unless the product is confirmed defective.
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method only.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except where the error originated from Premium Royalty.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our return criteria.
4. Exchanges
We only replace products that are confirmed defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
